Lesson Eight-- 10.15.2012
Your child does what at 8 every night? WOW!
*Starting a routine from "birth" is easiest, but you can start at anytime. Learn your child. Note when he/she wants to eat/sleep/play and build the routine off that.
*Routine will NOT be the "same" every day. But you will want to keep it around the same. EX. Wake up at 7a breckfast at 8a nap at 11 then lunch at 12a dinner at 5p sleep at 8p.. With educated play in between..
*Set up rituals. EX. Bath, feed, rock, sleep.. in that order at a certain time every night so your child knows what to expect.
*Keep in mind that as baby/toddler grows there needs will change and so will there routine.
